 Dedicated by Biffi's master pastry chefs to the majestic beauty of Milan's Duomo, it celebrates the connection between art, tradition, and flavor. The cream puffs, arranged along the edge of a sponge cake base, are topped with dollops of light whipped cream, a perfect balance for both the eye and the palate.
